Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal information TRYNOTTOGURT collects when you visit or buy from our store, and what we do with it.

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give it, and what you ordered. When you join our email list: your email address. When you browse: basic information about your visit, such as pages viewed and device type, collected by Shopify.

Card details are handled by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it
To process, print, ship and track your order, to answer your questions, to send you emails you've signed up for, and to meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run the store: Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers, Printify and its print partner (to print and ship your order), and delivery carriers. We don't sell your personal information.

Emails
We only send marketing emails if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe any time using the link at the bottom of any email.

Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing trynottogurtt@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always on this page.
